Commission process

Acceptance- My commissions are typically not first come, first serve. They are chosen based on what suits my style. Unless stated otherwise on a commission post opening.If you do not receive a dm (from a communication app of your choice) by a certain time, your commission form was declined. Announcements will be posted when all commission forms have been looked through.Forms- Commissions are taken by the form above. Unless said otherwise in an opening, dms alone will not be accepted for a commission.If you need help filling one out, you can always contact me!W.I.P’s- How many w.i.p’s you are sent depends on what type of commission you get. But all w.i.p’s need to be approved by the client to move forward in the commission process.All commissions start out with a rough idea board. These ideas will be numbered so you can best choose out the sketch that best fits your vision. Please note that these will be re-sketched into a final sketch. (example below)↓

Queue- My queue is typically split into 2 to 3 batches. Each commission from one batch is worked on at the same time.Every consecutive batch is worked on after the first one is done. Commissions with tight deadlines will likely be put in first batches.Turnaround- 2 weeks to a month. This may vary though depending on communication or my own personal life.Anything that may delay commissions will be notified to clients.I accept payment plans

Terms of Service

General- Rude behavior and communication will not be tolerated.
Failure to follow TOS will lead to a cancellation or may get you blacklisted from commissioning again.Cancellations- I have the right to cancel anytime.Payments- Some form of payment must be made for the commission process to start.These must be made through Cashapp or PayPal.Refunds- Cancellations made before any work is started will result in a full refund. Please discuss refund details with me.Cancellations after will result in a partial refund. (refund rates are below)↓

Late payments- If payments for a commission are late the commission may be pushed to the back of the queue.Unless disused otherwise payments that are 3 months late will lead to a cancellation.Corrections- Corrections should be requested during the sketch stages. If made after this may result in a fee.Copyright- All artwork copyright belongs to me. Clients are only permitted to post/share the watermarked versions of their commissioned artworks.Un-watermarked versions are for personal use only.Commercial use for artworks needs to be discussed. This may come at an extra fee depending on use.Commission use- You are not permitted to use my artwork in AI or run it through an AI generator.The same goes for NFT’s. Failure follow this will lead you to getting blacklisted.Deadlines- Deadlines need to be discussed before the commission is started. Failure to do so may lead to a cancellation. Short/close deadlines might add a fee.Holds- Holds must be discussed before the commission process starts.Communication- Late communication may cause a commission to be delayed or cancelled. Especially if not made in 3 months.Payment plans- Can only be made for commissions over 30usd.
